Center for American Progress – Progressive Party
For the last eight years, Podium Arts has conceived and produced CAP's marquis fundraising event in collaboration with the CAP development team. The "Progressive Party" is a departure from the traditional DC fundraising gathering, with a minimal entertainment-oriented program and an open, dynamic environment that promotes movement and interaction. The event has been set in both the historic Mellon Auditorium and the Newseum’s modern Great Hall of News, both in downtown Washington, DC and both challenging venues. Podium Arts conceived the original progressive direction for the event and has reinvented the celebration each year, capturing the unique energy and excitement of this trend-setting organization.
