With Paradigm, the Podium Arts team now combines turn-key production and collaborative consulting to guide our clients’ hosting of professional virtual meetings and events that grab audiences and exceed expectations.

The Paradigm team partners with our clients to prepare both content and speakers for the unique requirements of virtual presentation. Behind the scenes we connect our remote production and client staff teams to run rehearsals, manage the virtual backstage, cue and call live presenters & content for each event. Our remote master control facility captures live speaker feeds and hosts client graphics & videos, combining those to create seamless, live stream broadcasts featuring keynotes, panel discussions and hosted slide presentations. Those live programs are experienced in our clients’ fully branded, modular and responsive Paradigm event sites.

This feature rich, immersive and engaging event experience includes secure registration, event program, speaker and sponsor galleries, main stage and breakout rooms with live video Q&A, live sponsor demo booths and a customized networking lounge with multiple, simultaneous live video meetings.
